Shipping and Delivery Information
CBD Heat Pack™ ships merchandise within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
CBD Heat Pack™ uses USPS for its shipments and may substitute UPS service where applicable. Pick up services are Monday-Friday. Multiple products may be shipped in the same box.
Shipping and handling charges are determined as follows: $8.50 for the first item in your order, and $6.50 for each additional item in your order. Orders of $100 or more ship for free.
All orders placed after 1pm Pacific time will be processed on our next business day (M-F).
Return Information
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. While we offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more, we are not able to offer free shipping on returns. Please include complete contact information inside the return package, we will contact you to credit your return. Always keep a copy of tracking information.

Exchange Policy
If you change your mind, want a different or want a different color, no problem. We totally get it. Just let us know how we can help you get the item you really want. While we offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more, we are not able to offer free shipping on returns or exchanges. Return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please include a copy of your invoice, along with your contact information inside the return package. We will reach out once your return has been processed to arrange credit or exchange. Keep a copy of return tracking information. We cannot be held liable for lost returns.

Your Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are: Name, Address, Email Address, Phone number and Credit/Debit Card Information. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. You can join our mailing list if you would like to receive information and updates on our new products and services. We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described.
Your Security
When you input your personal and credit card information, we use at least 128 bit SSL encryption to transmit your data securely. Our SSL certificate is issued with Lets Encrypt through our hosting company Flywheel. Our credit card processing is handled by PayPal We do not permanently store your credit card details; we only pass your credit card information to our processor to complete your order.
Manufacturer Defect
CBD Heat Pack™ products are handcrafted with care, although in the event you receive a CBD Heat Pack™ with a manufacturer defect, please snap 1 close-up image of the damaged area and 1 image of the entire wrap. Send both images along with a brief explanation to info@herbal-concepts.com. Our customer service department will contact you outlining how we plan to address your specific problem. Manufacture defects must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
